These Terms of Sale govern the sale of products through Softlya, operated by Success Empire LLC. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Sale.

1. Orders

By placing an order through our website, you make an offer to purchase products in accordance with these Terms of Sale. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability.

2. Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order. This email is an acknowledgment, not an acceptance. A contract of sale is formed only when we dispatch the products to you.

3. Prices

All prices are displayed in Euro and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated at checkout. Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed. Shipping costs, where applicable, are added at checkout and shown before you complete your purchase.

4. Payment

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of order. By submitting an order, you confirm that the payment method used is yours or that you have authorization to use it. All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor; we do not store your full payment card details.

5. Product Availability and Descriptions

We make every effort to display our products and their descriptions, colors, and prices accurately. However, we do not warrant that descriptions or other content are error-free, and actual colors may vary depending on your screen. If a product is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

6. Delivery

Delivery terms are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

7. Returns and Refunds

Your rights to return products and obtain refunds are set out in our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Sale.

8. Cancellations

You may request to cancel an order before it has been processed and shipped by contacting us at success.empirellc@gmail.com. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return.

9. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms of Sale affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
